Wurdack (Smithsonian Institution) contributed 5 new speciesof Guayanan Melastomataceae. Bassett Maguire and Julian A.Steyermarkhave contributed 12 new species from Cerro de la Neblina: Dioscoreaceae,Nyctaginaceae, Monimiaceae, Capparaceae, Cunoniaceae, and Rhamnaceae,and Bassett Maguire and Brian M.Boom have contributed one new speciesof Rutaceae, also from Neblina.
