This book summarize the actual flora and vegetation of the Hungarian physical geographical microregions. The descriptions were prepared for the new edition of the "Cadaster of the Hungarian physical microregions". So the structure of the botanical descriptions also follows its common standards. A map of the microregions can be found on the last page of the book. For each microregion the authors described the abiotic, plantgeographical and historical factors that effect flora and vegetation.The landscape pattern, the degree of fragmentation, and the peculiarities of local land-use are also given.
