A combination of videos of living plants and three dimensional animations. Combining images of living plant stages with computer simulations allows to bridge the gap between the familiar plant and the microenvironment contained within it. Computer animations take inside a clump of moss plants to illustrate external structure. Then there is a transport inside the tips of male and femlae stems where gametangia (sex organs) sperm release, fertilisation and embryo development are illustrated. There are three levels: 1. Simple, no terminology or breaks (8m:7s) / 2. Intermediate, simple terminology and divided into sections with summaries (13m:15s) / 3. Advanced, contains scientific terminology, divided into sections (11:59s).
