His two expeditions to China for the Arnold Arboretum resulted in the collection of several thousand trees, shrubs, and other plants of horticultural value, many of them new to cultivation and probably representing the most significant achievement of any plant explorer.

Printed in a limited edition, this record of Wilson's collection has long been out of print. This is the US reprinted edition. Second hand set. Perfect condition.
