The Capricornia region of central Queensland has a remarkebly diversemix of habitats. Not only does it contain a range of both tropical andsubtropical plant communities, but coastal dune and wetland communitiesand semi -arid brigalow, eucalypt and thicket communities also occurin close proximity.
