Pollen Atlas of Changbai Mountain Spermatophyta uses scanning electron microscopy to observe the morphological characteristics of 314 common seed plants in different vegetation vertical zones in Changbai Mountain area with ultra-depth stereoscopic microstructure and image collection, and describes the morphology and structure of pollen respectively in combination with professional terminology of palynological classification. Scanning electron microscope images were collected for pollen carried on the body wall of some flower-visiting insects, and the types of pollen carried on the body wall of insects were identified by comparing the pollen characteristics with those of plants of different families and genera. This provides a highly operational and accurate technical method for exploring the construction of mutualistic symbiotic networks between pollinating insects and seed plants and the co-evolutionary relationship between species.
