Most of them are small, others large, and some are even edible.The species are mainly the same in all alpine and arctic regions. Thetypical arctic-alpine mycoflora differs considerably from that of thelowlands. The present volume contains species photographed in the SwissAlps, belonging to the agaric genera: Entoloma, Galerina, Gerronema,Hebeloma, Hemimycena, Hydropus, Hygrocybe, Inocybe, Lepiota, Rhodocybe,and Rickenella. The pictures are all taken at the spot where the fungiwere found, and show a section of the vegetation around them. - Secondhand copy. With stamp of previous owner. Good condition.
