The present work consists of the pollen analysis of 15 holocenesedimentary sequences and 36 surface samples of the "Gran Sabana" andthe summit of 3 "tepui" (table mountains) massifs located in theVenezuelan Guayana.The main purpose is to collect direct evidence whichcould help to reconstruct the climatic history and resolve thebiogeographical and ecological questions about this tropical region(origin of tepui flora,etc.).-This series is distributed by Koeltz.Standing orders invited.
