Flora costera de Tarapaca. 2021. illus. (col.). 218 p. gr8vo.- Spanish, with Latin nomenclature
This book covers the coastal flora of Taracapa, a region in northern Chile, from Punta Camarones in the north to the mouth of the Loa River in the south.
Almost 150 species are described in detail and show the rich biodiversity of the region. The photographs allow a glimpse of the flowers of the driest desert in the world. Many of the plants described are "critically endangered" or, directly, extinct.
