This work systematically introduces the plant resources of the Canary Islands. The content includes: the natural overview of the Canary Islands, names, scientific names, synonyms, morphological characteristics, geographical distribution, habitat, altitude, plant cultivation and related documents. Volume 1 contains 21 families, 30 genera and 63 species of stone pine and pteridophytes; 3 families, 4 genera, 8 species and 1 subspecies of gymnosperms; 71 families, 275 genera and 854 species (including varieties and subspecies) of angiosperms; Volume 2 includes angiosperms. There are 955 species (including varieties and subspecies) in 346 genera and 58 families.
