Enumeration of the Flora of Northeast India. 2021. (AFB Flora Series 1, Flowering Plants of the Indian Subcontinent, volume 1). VIII, 486 p. 4to.. Hardcover.
This book, the first in APG IV in India, presents a list of over 10,000 angiosperm taxa of different ranks recorded from Northeast India, which encompasses two global hotspots of biodiversity, viz., 'The Hiamalaya' and 'Indo-Burma'. For this volume, the region includes Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, and Darjeeling hills of West Bengal. The taxa are arranged according to the Angiosperm Phylogeny (APG IV, 2016) classification, which is an important divergence from Bentham and Hooker's system of natural classification (1862-1883). The nomenclature follows the Shenzen Code (2018).
