This 'flora' comprehensively deeply describes the plant resources and their diversity, ecological distribution and taxonomic status in Shennongjia, Hubei. "Shennongjia National Park Series" is divided into four volumes, recording 208 families, 1219 genera and 3767 species of vascular plants native to Shennongjia, naturalized and cultivated (including infraspecies grades). Among them, there are 27 genera and 2 families of Lycopoda, 306 species of ferns in 25 families and 71 genera, 43 species of gymnosperms in 7 families and 27 genera, and 3391 species of angiosperms in 174 families and 1117 genera. The first volume includes 919 species of lycopodium, ferns, gymnosperms and angiosperms from Nymphaeaceae to Cyperaceae, the second volume includes 964 species from Gramineae to Moraceae, and the third volume includes 976 species from Urticaceae to Rubiaceae , the fourth volume contains a total of 908 species from Gentianaceae to Umbelliferae. "Shennongjia National Park Series" recorded 1 new genus and 5 new species newly published in Shennongjia, 1 new record family, 17 new record genera and 52 new record species in Hubei Province, supplemented and corrected some Morphological description of the species. For the convenience of readers, "Shennongjia National Park Series" adopts the new research results of molecular systematics to arrange systematically. In addition to introducing the Chinese and scientific names of families, genus and species, it also introduces the morphological characteristics, specific distribution and ecological environment of species. A description is given, and the key to the genera and species within the family is listed. In addition, color pictures of important morphological characteristics are attached to most species, and the main specimen information is cited.
