After introducing crossing methods and major cross - parents, the book illustrates 323 new camellia varieties, including 217 new camellia hybrids with year-round blooming trait from crosses of C. azalea, 55 new hybrids with unique trait from crosses of C. amplexicaulis, 20 hybrids that are gorgeous from crosses of ordinary camellia cultivars and 31 excellent ones selected from chlosnce seedlings. Also the book is a practical reference book to do camellia breeding.
