This Identification Guide is the result of the critical taxonomical revision of the largest family of the flowering plants of the Vietnamese flora based on the vast literature data and numerous herbaria and living collections, mainly collected by the author in different areas of the country. The paper gives the keys for identification to all orchids hitherto recorded for Vietnam and contribute to the appropriate base on timely conservation and further exploration of the extremely interesting representatives of this family which vanish quickly nowdue to extensive anthropogenic degradation of the primary vegetation.-Good second hand copy.
