Study on Diatoms in Manghe Rhesus Monkeys National Nature Reserve in Shanxi is based on the results of diatom specimen collection in Manghe Rhesus Monkeys National Nature Reserve in Shanxi Province in three seasons, and analyzes the diversity, composition and distribution of benthic diatoms in this area. The species diversity index was used to analyze the diversity and water quality of benthic diatoms in the Manghe area, and to compare the effects of different seasons and different habitats on the diatom communities through cluster analysis and similarity analysis.
