Until not many years ago, gathering wild plants was an important food source. Fortunately, today, agriculture provides us with the food we need in abundance. We see the importance of preserving knowledge for humanity, with respect for the past and respect for the future. And even if we do not depend on wild plants for our livelihood, we still have the possibility to enjoy gathering plants in nature, as a way to get to know them, find them and eat them.
Each spread of pages contains images, knowledge and recipe of the relevant species.
