Terms of Delivery

Prices

All prices on our website are in EUR. Approximate US$ equivalents are given for the convenience of our international customers. Due to currency fluctuations, the prices of books are constantly changing. We will ask our customers for authorization to supply at a higher price, if a price changed more than 15% of the originally listed price. If the current price for listed books is not yet available (e. g. forthcoming publications), the price of EUR 1.00 or EUR 0.00 is shown as place holder.

 Mailing Costs

Outside Germany, all orders are shipped either via registered airmail as printed matter or by DHL, if no other instructions are provided by the customer. Standard shipping charges (cheapest trackable / traceable options) do apply. All supplies are on buyer’s risk.

Returns of Books

We do not accept returns of correctly supplied books. So please make sure you are ordering the books you really want.

Orders

We accept orders from around the world and we supply to all countries. Our entire inventory of publications is available to anyone, without any restrictions based on geography. You may order via our website or by fax, e-mail, regular mail.
